David Garfield runs Detica's Electronic Systems Group and is executive
sponsor for the StreamShield business line.
Jon Curnyn, CTO and Vice President of R&D
Jon is instrumental in defining the company's technology and product direction, as well as leading the R&D group.
Jon has over 15 years experience in content security, IP networking, network management, and voice and data communications, and has a proven track record in developing and delivering to market high quality, innovative, award winning products.
Prior to joining Detica, Jon has held a number of senior technical and management positions in companies such as Red-M, Madge Networks and Racal Data Communications.
Jon holds a BSc in electrical and electronics engineering, and has a number of granted and pending patent applications to his name.
Simon Reay, Vice President of Sales
Simon leads the StreamShield sales team. He has over 20
years experience in the convergent Internet media & telecommunications
markets and proven success in a range of sales and marketing, partnering and
product management roles.
Prior to joining Detica, Simon held senior sales and
business development posts with Siemens and Nokia, and technical roles
with Cable & Wireless and GEC-Plessey Telecommunications. He has extensive experience at the forefront of international broadband
markets in EMEA and North America.
Simon holds an MBA from Warwick Business
School.
Stuart Daley, Commercial Director
Stuart leads commercial and legal management of StreamShield.
Prior to joining Detica, Stuart headed up the electronic products group within the R&D arm of Siemens UK.
Stuart holds Masters Degrees in both Physics and Digital Communications
